First, the fact that the father is still alive is, at the very least, worrying, since, based on the description, he seems like a jerk and an ideal candidate to try to steal the LIs from the MC. Second, I think this "harem x family" tittle stems from the father's harem, since three fo the first four LIs you meet are at least part of his harem (who knows if there are more), which, along with the previous point, makes you think about certain things, and none of them are good.

Only a megalomaniac would call his son Emperor, although I suppose that's better than Chindasvinto, Turismundo, Teudiselo or Atanagildo, even though they are all kings, come on, it's like someone deciding to name his daughter Satana...

You say this on every game. Demanding translation. Maybe learn to translate yourself if you need it that much?
I'm going to assume that if he wants a Chinese translation, it's because he doesn't understand English very well. So I don't think that qualifies him to translate it. But hey, the translation might still be interesting, though probably not in a good way.
